WHAT IS THE ADVANTAGE TO HAVING A GOLF FITNESS ASSESSMENT?
There is a direct correlation between an individual's physical limitations and the swing faults (compensations) seen in video analysis. If a golfer does not possess the physical parameters needed to make a sound swing, compensations occur which lead to loss of clubhead speed, poor ball striking, inconsistency, poor play and possible physical injury/ pain. Who wants to sit out part of the golf season when this can be avoided?

It will help identify your physical limitations, prevent injury, and increase mobility and stability, strength and speed.
Golf exercises and training can be quite beneficial for any age golfer but particularly for the mature golfer who might feel stiff and notice a loss of flexibility and a decrease in distance.
This program can be done at home with free weights, bands, a stability ball and a medicine ball. If you are already a gym member, you can incorporate golf exercises into your daily routine.
